The FM Expo

The FM Expo, the largest FM Event in the Middle East, was held from 25 to 27 September 2017 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. SGE was a proud participant of the event, where we showcased Aladdin our highly reputed maintenance management software and our amazing Apps – Manager, Crew and Requester.

Known to attract the most influential and active decision makers in the industry, the FM Expo lived up to its reputation this year too with 5764 visitors from across the Middle East. Many of these found their way to the SGE stand and gathered vital information to optimize their asset management processes as well as book appointments for a more in depth presentation on how Aladdin could help address their specific business needs. Throughout the three days, we received much positive feedback on Aladdin with a general consensus that it was the most user friendly and adaptable CMMS in the region.

Our apps also got tremendous approval as each perfectly met the needs of the market. The newly launched Aladdin Requester Mob App in particular delighted the FM industry, as a much needed means of raising customer service standards and delighting clients. Aladdin Requester has everything needed to give internal or external customers complete control and visibility from the time a request is raised until it is taken care of to their satisfaction. It also gives maintenance teams the tools they need to prioritize requests and maximize employee productivity by responding to a request faster.

SGE also held a lucky draw for all the visitors to our stand. Mr. J. Peer Mohamed was the winner and walked away with an iPAD. As an entrepreneur running his own maintenance business, he was very happy to also receive a free six-month trial of Aladdin, which he was convinced would soon be an indispensible tool in ensuring the success of his business.
